TractEasy Achieves Record-Breaking Summer with Major Orders and Market Milestones
News

Denver, CO, 16 September 2024 – TractEasy LLC is pleased to announce that the past months has seen its highest number of orders ever, marking a significant milestone in the company’s operations. Several key orders were secured successfully, indicating a strong position in the autonomous tow tractor market.

Repeat and new industrial orders

The highlight of this exceptional activity includes the receipt of two repeat orders from major industrial clients. These orders point to the reliability and efficacy of TractEasy’s EZTow autonomous tow tractor solution, which runs on EasyMile’s driverless technology, trusted by industry leaders for its operational efficiency and performance.

Additionally, TractEasy has successfully secured two new orders with prominent industrial customers without undergoing the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase which was typical in projects previously, highlighting the confidence and trust placed in TractEasy’s technology by key market players.

Airport expansion

In a notable expansion in the airport market, TractEasy has also sealed four new projects across Europe, Asia and North America. This strategic move not only expands the company’s global footprint but also solidifies its position as a preferred provider of autonomous tow tractor solutions not only in industrial sites but in airports as well.

CEO Rich Reno commented on this milestone achievement, stating, “We believe this marks a turning point in the autonomous tow tractor market, signaling a decisive transition from testing to scaling. The record-breaking backlog and significant partnerships we’ve secured reflect the growing demand for our advanced technologies and confidence in our unwavering commitment to driving innovation in the industry.”

Commenting on the vehicle-base, TLD’s François Chaignon, COO of its Saint Lin facility where the EZTow is manufactured said, “The Jet16 is the highest volume product TLD has with production in 4 factories around the world. Here at Saint-Lin, each month we are shifting more resources to EZTow production, which is based on the Jet16 platform.  To ensure a robust supply chain for the execution of these new orders and more we are validating plans with our existing suppliers and continuing to add more to our base”.

Yves Crespel, Talent Director for the Alvest Group, the majority shareholder for TractEasy said  “Supporting the growth of TractEasy in its two main operating offices in Berlin and Denver, Colorado as well as in the development and production of hub of Saint Lin France is a major focus for our recruiting team”.

As TractEasy LLC continues to innovate and expand its product offerings, these recent achievements underscore its dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions that redefine efficiency and reliability in industrial and airport automation.
